Last updated: March 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through rocketrouters.co.uk and rocketrouters.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland and comply with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

2. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We recommend you keep a copy of these Terms for your records.

3. Our Products

All products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Images are for illustrative purposes only and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance. Technical specifications are sourced from manufacturers and are provided in good faith.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product from sale at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may be subject to change. If the price of a product changes between the time of your order and dispatch, we will contact you before processing your order.

Free UK delivery is included on all orders unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We will send you an order confirmation by email once your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • A product is out of stock
  • There is an error in the price or description of the product
  • We are unable to process your payment
  • There are concerns about fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

We offer free next-day delivery on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery dates and times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, carrier delays or Royal Mail disruptions.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which apply throughout the United Kingdom including Scotland.

How to cancel:

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing info@rocketrouters.co.uk with your order number, name and a statement that you wish to cancel.

Returning goods:

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where possible. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Refunds:

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which applies across the whole of the United Kingdom including Scotland, you have the right to goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your goods are faulty, not as described or do not function as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days and within 6 months, we will repair or replace the item. After 6 months, the burden of proof shifts to you to demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase, though your statutory rights remain in force for up to 6 years under UK law.

To report a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@rocketrouters.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and photos where possible. We will not ask you to return faulty goods at your own cost.

10. Warranty

All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some products carry a 2-year warranty — please check the individual product listing for details.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, accidental damage or wear and tear. Our warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful for us to exclude or limit our liability.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the goods in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of our products or website.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Rocket Routers. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland, you may also have rights under Scots law and may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you are resident in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

15. Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our products or service, please contact us in the first instance at info@rocketrouters.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 14 working days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. We will provide details of any applicable ADR scheme at that time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or placing of further orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
